How far in advance do I need to order?
Most orders need a minimum of 48 hours notice. For elaborate custom celebration cakes, we recommend 5–7 days. For large events or peak periods (Eid, Christmas, New Year), please allow 2–3 weeks.
Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?
Yes. We offer fully vegan options including our Vegan Himbasha. Please always mention any allergies when enquiring — we will advise on suitable options and any cross-contamination risks in our kitchen.
Can I request a completely custom design?
Absolutely. Custom designs are our speciality. Share your inspiration — a colour palette, a theme, a photo — and we’ll work with you to create something unique. A design consultation is included for larger orders.
How do I collect my order?
Orders are collected from our home kitchen. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll share the full collection details. Local delivery may be available — please ask when you enquire.
Do you require a deposit?
For custom cakes and larger orders, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due upon collection. Payment details will be shared on your order confirmation.
